MPGQS enjoys unprecedented success after opening new office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

London, United Kingdom. 5th February 2015 – After opening a new office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in April 2012, MPGQS has been recognised as the authority of the region for quantity surveying, engineering and dispute resolution. The company now acts as consultants on some of the most prestigious projects in the region.

MPGQS has worked in several capacities on the King Abdullah Financial District, which is set to become home to Riyadh’s capital market authority, stock exchange and other important financial institutions. Their company is currently providing interim submissions of FIDIC based claims on a monthly basis for 11 of the buildings involved in the project. Two towers that are also part of the KAFD project also rely on MPGQS for measuring, billing and pricing changes.

In Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, MPGQS was asked to prepare claims for loss and expense for King Saud University. The unmatched quality of work provided was rewarded when they were hired to provide contract advice and risk analysis for the King Faisal Specialist Hospital.

“We’re very proud of our employees, our office in Saudi Arabia has been doing better than we could have imagined. It’s great to see recognition of our achievements and efforts throughout the industry, and it’s really paying off — we’ve been working on very important projects like the King Abdul-Aziz City for Science and Technology. We were even able to handle project management, risk analysis and offer contract advice for the Hilton Hotel project in Riyadh,” said a spokesperson from MPGQS about their company’s success.

MPG became incorporated in 1996 and is based out of their headquarters in London. The company handles all of the financial, commercial, contractual and engineering aspects of construction projects from across the world.
